Dr. Spitler and Dongyi Xiao receive ASHRAE Technical Paper Awards.

The American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) presented Dr. Spitler with two ASHRAE Technical Paper Awards.  The award recognizes the authors of the best papers presented at Society meetings.  Dongy Xiao is the co-author of one of the papers.
